WHO WE ARE
Phifer and Associates, a commercial real estate firm, was formed in January 1993 to focus
on the sale of undeveloped land to various key investors and developers. The company has
since expanded it's focus over the past several years to now include the representation of
a number of users while maintaining our core business of selling developed and undeveloped
land. Not only do we work with land in Northeast Tarrant County, but have expanded to
include land in North Texas. It is our opinion, that by
broadening the scope of our business to include landowners and users, we can better serve
our clients with their needs.
