| Cliff Harris, a Texas
resident for five years, joined Phifer & Associates, Inc. in October 2005
after obtaining his Texas Real Estate License.
Cliff, a Southwest Louisiana native, spent six years in
the offshore petroleum production industry before earning his Batchelor of
Arts degree from McNeese State University. He also earned an officer’s
commission in the US Army, which allowed him to serve on active duty for
Operation Desert Storm following college. Upon his return from Operation
Desert Storm, Cliff worked in the communications and rental equipment
industries for ten years. Most recently he has worked in the civil
consulting and property development business with Hamilton Consulting here
in North Texas.
Cliff has served on the Board of Directors for the SW
Louisiana Chapter of the American Petroleum Institute and on the budget
review committees for The United Way. He has also volunteered for Hospice
and Habitat for Humanity.
Cliff specializes in land brokerage and development.
