Don D. Phifer, the president of Phifer & Associates, Inc., is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a B.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate. In January 1993, Don started Don Phifer and Associates, a commercial real estate company that later evolved into Phifer and Associates, Inc. The company specializes in selling undeveloped commercial real estate in Tarrant and Denton Counties. Don has been involved primarily in the sale of land and investment properties throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Don is active in numerous community organizations in addition to being on the Board of Directors of Liberty Bank and the Tarrant County Community Development Corporation. He is a past president of the Northeast Richland Lions Club and is a past member of the North Richland Hills City Council, as well as the Utilities Policy Committee for the Texas Municipal League and Regional Transportation Council. |
